Pendleton History Society Changes

We have changed the night we meet from the Second Thursday in the month to the Second Wednesday and have arranged a full and interesting programme for 2016 - so why not come and listen to one or all of our future speakers. No membership necessary, just pay on the door – we look forward to seeing you!

 

 

Wednesday 10th February - Graham Cooper will speak on the deer parks in Bowland Forest.

 

Wednesday March 9th - Mrs Julia Beeden will be speaking about the Quakers

 

Wednesday 13th April - Norman Pearson will share his knowledge of the historical significance of Clitheroe

 

Wednesday 11th May - Maggie Dickenson will talk about packhorse bridges.

 

 

All meetings in Pendleton Village Hall at 7.30pm and everyone is welcome to attend.

 

Admission £3, including tea and biscuits
